Neeraj Bansal

With 25 years of experience, I’ve built and exited multiple successful companies as a serial entrepreneur. My journey began at Carnegie Mellon, working with Nobel Laureate Herbert Simon on AI and machine learning for economic graph interpretation.

As co-founder and CEO of Recruitment.AI, I lead the transformation of recruitment and workplace culture with our AI-driven platform, ensuring unbiased and comprehensive candidate evaluations to attract top talent.

In 2010, I launched Siminars, an EdTech startup that pioneered SAAS-based online schools for authors and influencers. Over a decade, I grew Siminars from a bootstrapped startup to a profitable entity, expanding social media presence and online course offerings.

In 2006, I founded Phire, an early peer-to-peer SMS payment service, securing seed investment and leading to its acquisition by Rev/NetSpend. I then helped launch their products internationally in India, Romania, and Mexico.

In Health/InsureTech, I led product marketing and business development for Caregain, a pioneer in HSA-based health plans, resulting in its acquisition by Fiserv in 2005.

In Media/Ad Tech, I directed strategy for Fragment Media Group, managing SEO, affiliate programs, influencer marketing, and monetization for high-traffic platforms.

I also co-founded Arctive Media, a digital marketing firm specializing in B2B ABM for enterprise SAAS and Fortune 500 companies, with clients like Siemens and Supplyframe. Additionally, I was part of the founding team at Neuvis, a NoCode web application platform, which raised over $70MM and was acquired by IBM in 2001.
