You raised the round and the product works. The revenue motion is the part that isn’t built yet. I build it, prove it with closed business, and hand it to your full-time hire.
Book 20 minutes See the track recordWhat I do
Founder-led selling got you to first revenue. The plan to the next number assumes a repeatable motion nobody has built yet.
OEM, channel, broker, reseller, carrier. Someone else’s reps can carry your product into a market you can’t reach on headcount. That motion is a build, not a hire.
The pilot goes well and the contract doesn’t come. Usually it’s the buying committee, procurement and security, not the product.
Track record
Co-founder. HSA/FSA claims infrastructure. I owned revenue from the first pilot to more than $10M ARR, selling into national payers including Cigna and UnitedHealth. Acquired by Fiserv.
I ran partnerships and built the OEM channel, with the partner’s own reps selling the product. Rational Software acquired NeuVis; IBM acquired Rational.
Five companies to an exit across enterprise software, payments and healthcare. Long enough in it to know which quarter of a GTM build is supposed to feel like nothing is working.
How it works
Two weeks in your pipeline, your calls and your CRM. You get a written read on where revenue is leaking, whether or not we work together after that.
I work the motion myself: target list, message, channel or enterprise sequence, pricing, the first deals. Not a deck of recommendations.
Documented playbook, working pipeline, and help hiring and onboarding the full-time revenue leader who takes it from me.
Who this is for
I take a small number of engagements at a time and I’d rather say no early than waste your quarter. Best fit: you have funding or real revenue, a product customers keep, and a specific channel or enterprise motion that isn’t working. Healthcare, payments and enterprise software are where I’m fastest.

Serial founder and revenue leader. Carnegie Mellon, where I did AI research as a research assistant to Herbert Simon. Five exits. I also run workshops and 1:1 work with founders and revenue teams when that’s the thing that’s actually needed.
Twenty minutes, no deck. If I’m not the right person for it, I’ll say so on the call.
